Posters The overall size of posters should not exceed 1.10 m height and 0.90 m width. Posters will be fixed by adhesive tape (no punching neccessary). Full papers for special issues of "Innovative Food Research and Emerging Technologies" and "Trends in Food Science" Information for authors who were informed previously that their contribution was selected for submission as full paper to Elsevier Special Issues: Submission of papers implies that it has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted will not be published in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the publisher. At least one co-author should attend the 4th International Congress on Pigments in Food: Pigments in Food - A Challenge to Life Sciences. Otherwise the paper will be declined. Considering the number of contributions to be included in the specials issues, the size of the paper should not exceed 6000 WORDS including figures and tables. We also request to limit the number of tables and figures to a maximum of FOUR ! Authors are requested to send their manuscripts including all tables and figures in one file to the guest editors (E-Mail: abstract@uni-hohenheim.de). Please do NOT send them to the editors-in-chief of the journals !
